It seems bizarre to be celebrating anything during the current climate of the country, yet at the same time, having something to look forward to could make each day even slightly more tolerable.
One thing about me is that I enjoy hosting; I love an excuse for a theme and to decorate. As soon as January hit, the Christmas decor was down and the Valentine's Day decor was up. We don't typically celebrate Valentine's Day, but this year I was inspired, decorating both my fireplace mantle and entry nook (I posted a quick how-to on the entry nook decorations to my TT @2lipsinluvstyle). Another celebration to look forward to in February is the Super Bowl, or as many call it, the Bad Bunny Bowl.
Bad Bunny will headline the Super Bowl LX halftime show on Feb. 8, and I have been working on securing decor for the occasion since the fall of last year. I've purchased a few things from various sites, but I am most proud of the item I created by hand: La Casita from Bad Bunny's concert, which I made from cardboard, painters' tape, printed imagery, and paint.
Xoxo,
